Whether you're looking to hit Colorado's backcountry trails, explore the Alpine Loop, or simply upgrade your ride, this is a bike worth winning. Retail value is $1399.
The raffle will begin July 21, 2026 and will stop at 2:30 pm on August 22, 2026. Tickets are $10 for one, or three for $25. The drawing takes place August 22 at 3 pm, in the Town Park, 280 N. Silver Street, Lake City, CO. You do not need to be present to win. The winner will be announced at the drawing. The winner will also be posted on the LFVC webpage (https://www.lfvc.org/bike-raffle) no later than 5 pm on August 22, 2026, and will remain on this page for no less than 30 days. Alternatively, contact us at info@lfvc.org or (970) 944-5382 to check on the winning number.
If the winner is present at the drawing, they will be given the bike there. If it does not fit, the proper sized bike will be sent to them. If the winner is not present, LFVC will contact them, and they will then need to produce copies of their winning ticket stub and a photo ID. Shipping arrangements will then be made with costs covered by LFVC.

The Lake City Alpine 50 is one of Colorado's most legendary mountain bike events — and the highest elevation one-day mountain bike race in the United States. This epic 50-mile endurance course launches from downtown Lake City and climbs over 6,000 feet, reaching a breathtaking 12,940 feet of alpine terrain. Riders pass alongside Lake San Cristobal, the second-largest natural lake in Colorado, formed by the ancient Slumgullion Slide — a rare natural earthflow that dammed the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River. It's a race that tests the body and rewards the spirit.
